Which floors are the rooms on?
All 215 rooms and suites are on floors 19 to 35 of Axis Towers, with views across the city. See rooms and suites.
How do I get member rates?
Book direct on the official Accor site. ALL members get member rates, and joining is free. Book a room.
I am arriving late at night. Is that a problem?
Not at all, our front desk is open 24/7. If someone else in your party arrives before the person who booked, send us the reservation number and their names in advance and we will note it.
Do you offer group, corporate or long-stay rates?
Yes. Our sales team prepares offers for groups, companies and longer stays. Send your dates and the number and type of rooms to sales@pullmantbilisi.com or Sales WhatsApp +995 599 18 61 82.
Can you arrange tours from Tbilisi?
Yes. Our concierge arranges guided day trips with a trusted partner, for example to Kazbegi, Kakheti or Mtskheta. Send us the date, the number of guests and where you would like to go.
I left something behind. What should I do?
Send us your room number, the date of your stay and a description of the item. Housekeeping will check, and anything found is kept in our lost and found until we reach you.

Dining

When is breakfast?
Every day from 7 to 11 am, until 11:30 am on Saturday and Sunday, at Dumas on the 36th floor.
Can I come for breakfast if I am not staying at the hotel?
Yes, breakfast at Dumas is open to everyone, GEL 75 per person, VAT included. Reserve breakfast.
Where can I eat and drink in the hotel?
Dumas, the French restaurant on the 36th floor, serves breakfast, weekday lunch and dinner every day from 6 to 11 pm. Weather Report Sky Bar on the 37th floor opens every day from 5 pm. The Junction lobby bar is open every day from 8:30 am to 10 pm.
Is there an age limit or dress code at Weather Report?
Weather Report is 18+, and 21+ on event nights. The dress code is smart casual, no sportswear or flip-flops.
Is there lunch?
Yes, a buffet lunch at Dumas on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 4 pm, with a salad bar, hot dishes, desserts and the view from the 36th floor.
Can I book a table by the window or for a birthday?
Book on EatApp or call Dumas at +995 32 200 33 66, and add your request in the comment: a window table, a birthday or a message on the dessert. We will do our best.
Is there a private dining room?
Yes, Dumas has a private room for up to 15 guests. Call +995 32 200 33 66 to book it.
Is there an entry fee at Weather Report?
On regular nights there is no entry fee, you pay only for what you order. On event nights there is an entry fee at the door, or a table deposit that you spend in full on the menu. See upcoming events.
Do you deliver?
We do not deliver, but you can pick up your order in the hotel lobby at 37M Chavchavadze Avenue.

Pool and fitness

When is the pool open?
Every day from 7 am to 11 pm. The 25-meter heated indoor pool has a glass roof that opens.
Are the pool and gym free for hotel guests?
Yes, the pool, spa and gym are free for hotel guests. Treatments such as massages are paid. Pool and wellness.
Can I use the pool if I am not staying at the hotel?

Families and pets

Do you have cots for babies?
Yes, free on request for children up to 2, subject to availability.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We can place rooms next to each other or on the same floor, subject to availability. Our junior suites cannot be connected. Ask us when you book.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes, on request, for USD 50 per stay, one pet per room. Guide dogs stay free.

Getting here

How do I get here from the airport?
Buses 337 and 388 run from the airport to Liberty Square, then take a short taxi ride. For a private transfer, our front desk can book one with our partner CARWIZ. How to get here.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, paid parking is available in the Axis Towers underground car park, with an elevator straight up to the hotel. Spaces in front of the hotel are limited.
How far is the Old Town?
The hotel is in Vake, on Chavchavadze Avenue, and the Old Town is a short taxi ride away. Our front desk is happy to call a taxi for you. For ideas on how to spend the day, see our City Guide.
How do I find the entrance?
Axis Towers is the dark glass tower on Chavchavadze Avenue, behind the Galaktion Tabidze monument. The hotel entrance, with Pullman above the door, is on Chavchavadze Avenue.

How much does it cost to hire a hall?

Can I see the venue before I book?
Yes, by appointment. Send us a time that suits you and our sales team will show you around.
