At Accor, everyone who works with us is a Heartist®. Bring your energy and your curiosity, and we will help you grow, from your first shift to wherever your career takes you.

Not just words on a page. This is what working here looks like, month after month.

Every month we come together as one team to look back, share ideas and plan what comes next. Every department, one hotel.

Masterclasses with international chefs, Accor Academy training and the chance to work with colleagues from Accor hotels abroad.

A Heartist of the Month at every gathering, a month when each department is celebrated, and Accor benefits from day one.
A few things our Heartists did this year. Follow the rest on LinkedIn
Specialists from the National Screening Centre met our Heartists to talk about risk groups, self-examination and early detection, followed by questions and a themed coffee break.
Our management team came together to thank our Housekeeping team for the care behind every stay.
A bartender from The Junction, three years with us, represented the hotel in the regional round of Accor's Raise the Bar competition.
We hosted a colleague from Sofitel Frankfurt Opera, and our team can grow across Accor hotels the same way.
We added a special Le Petit Chef session just for our colleagues, and this time the team took their seats as guests.
Announced at each monthly gathering, for the difference someone made for guests and colleagues.
Our pastry team joined a three-day viennoiserie masterclass with Antonio Bachour and came back with international certificates.
Our favorite party of the year, when Heartists bring their loved ones and the kids take over.
Pullman Tbilisi Axis Towers rises above Vake. Our guests stay on floors 19 to 35, dine at Dumas on the 36th floor and end the evening at Weather Report on the 37th, the highest bar in Tbilisi.

From the lobby to the 37th floor, every team shapes the guest's stay.

Not for every role. Many entry-level positions need no previous experience. A positive attitude and the wish to learn matter most, and we train you on the job.
It depends on the role. Guest-facing positions usually need Georgian and English, and other languages are a plus. Each vacancy lists its own requirements.
If your profile fits the role, our People and Culture team will call you to arrange an interview.
Yes. Send a separate email for each role, with the role name in the subject line.
We use your CV only for recruitment and handle it in line with Georgia's personal data protection law.

We are always happy to meet future Heartists®. Send us your CV and we will get in touch when the right position opens.
