The name

Dumas in Tbilisi

In December 1858 Alexandre Dumas arrived in Tbilisi and filled his travel notes with its markets, caravanserais and baths. A great lover of food and wine, he also wrote the Grand Dictionnaire de Cuisine.

Our French restaurant carries his name: the classics, revisited, 36 floors above the city.
